1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the uokk online betting and gaming platform, accessible at uokk.io and its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by uokk (referred to throughout as "uokk", "we", "our", or "us").

uokk is an offshore online betting platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and other online gaming products. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is directed primarily at adult users in Bangladesh who access the service voluntarily and at their own discretion.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. By using the Platform you agree that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version governs.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to your Account under a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that uokk applies to accounts.
• "Platform" means the uokk website, mobile site, and any associated applications or interfaces through which the Services are delivered.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, payment, and support services provided by uokk through the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform and use of the Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. uokk takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. uokk does not represent that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Certain territories may be restricted from accessing the Platform at uokk's sole discretion. uokk reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction without prior notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Personal Use Only

The Platform is for personal and recreational use only. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, corporation, trust, or association. All bets must be placed by the registered Account holder personally.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. uokk relies on the accuracy of registration information for identity verification and payment processing; providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

uokk applies a Know Your Customer process to all Accounts. You may be required at any time — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point — to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed, and balances held pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify uokk support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. uokk will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. uokk staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

4.4 Account Sharing

Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to access or use your Account is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uokk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), and selected debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Accepted methods are subject to change without notice. The current list of active payment methods is displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time. Processing times for card-based deposits may vary between a few minutes and two hours depending on your card issuer. uokk does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds you confirm that the funds belong to you, that they derive from legitimate sources, and that you are not using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. uokk cooperates fully with all relevant financial and legal authorities in the investigation of suspicious transactions.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a transaction originates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. uokk reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that does not belong to you personally.

6.3 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. uokk will not process withdrawals from Accounts that have not submitted and passed identity verification. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.4 Processing Time

uokk aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Following approval, funds are dispatched to your nominated payment method. Actual receipt of funds is subject to your payment provider's own processing schedule. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of uokk's approval.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Where Bonus Funds are active on your Account, a minimum wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal of real-money funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw prior to satisfying a wagering requirement may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

uokk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to, and not in substitution of, those specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before funds become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Only bets placed with real-money funds contribute to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Bets on certain game categories (for example, some table games and live casino products) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the individual promotion terms for full details.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses in a manner contrary to their intent — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other users to manipulate promotional outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse. uokk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Users are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of their active bonuses.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

uokk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations involving technical errors, odds errors, or suspicion of irregular activity. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your Account balance.

8.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a material event occurs (for example, a wicket, boundary, or goal that has occurred but not yet been reflected in the odds) may be voided at uokk's discretion if it is determined that the odds were materially mispriced at the time of placement.

8.3 Odds and Market Settlement

Odds are quoted in decimal format. Markets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event or market-determining period. uokk uses data from recognised official sources for settlement purposes. In the event of a data error, uokk reserves the right to re-settle markets using corrected official data, and to make necessary adjustments to Account balances accordingly.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. uokk reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Account, including without prior notification, where pattern of play or risk-management considerations warrant such action.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that automates bet placement or exploits platform latency.
• Collusion with other users, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in live-dealer or other player-versus-player environments.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to the outcome of sporting events.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts or in coordination with other users in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Undertaking any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening uokk staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof, is the property of uokk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from uokk.

The uokk brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of uokk. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any uokk trademark or brand identifier without prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data

uokk's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect personal data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve our Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

uokk uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Stored data is subject to strict access controls. Despite these measures, no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure; you use the Platform at your own risk from a data-security perspective and are encouraged to maintain strong, unique passwords.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uokk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any technical errors, data corruption, or delays in bet processing caused by circumstances beyond uokk's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

uokk's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uokk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Where planned maintenance is required, uokk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without notice.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting uokk support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money Balance subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Termination by uokk

uokk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• uokk is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• uokk determines, at its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a financial, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months without any deposits, withdrawals, or wagers.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all pending bets that have been accepted prior to closure will be settled in accordance with the normal rules and any winnings credited or debited accordingly before the final balance is assessed. Outstanding real-money Balances owed to you will be returned via your nominated payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, uokk's internal complaints procedure must be exhausted in the first instance by contacting our support team at [email protected].

uokk will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

uokk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, uokk will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, and may additionally send notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
